Belongings & Theft Policy

Effective

Students are solely responsible for their personal belongings while attending classes, workshops,

rehearsals, events, or any other activities organised by BailArte.

The academy encourages all students to keep personal items, valuables, and electronic devices secure

at all times and to avoid bringing unnecessary high-value belongings to the studio premises whenever

possible.

Where storage areas or designated spaces are provided, students are expected to use them responsibly.

BailArte accepts no liability for any personal items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged within

the studio or event venues.

In the event of lost or stolen property, students should notify the BailArte teaching team or staff as soon

as possible. While the academy may take reasonable steps to assist in investigating incidents where

appropriate, including reviewing available information or security measures, BailArte cannot guarantee

recovery of missing items or identification of responsible individuals.

Any items left behind after classes or events may be placed in a designated lost property area for a

limited period of time. Unclaimed items may eventually be discarded, donated, or removed at the

discretion of BailArte management.

BailArte reserves the right to implement reasonable security measures within its premises, including

surveillance systems where legally permitted, in order to support the safety and protection of students,

staff, and academy property.
