Photography & Recording Policy

Effective

By enrolling in BailArte classes, students acknowledge and accept that photographs, videos, and other

media content may be recorded during classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, or academy-

related events.

BailArte reserves the right to use such content for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes,

including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, advertisements, printed materials, and

other public communications related to the academy.

All recorded content remains the property of BailArte. Students will not receive financial compensation

or royalties for the use of images or recordings in which they may appear.

BailArte is committed to using all media content respectfully and professionally. Content will never

intentionally be used in a defamatory, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate manner.

Students who do not wish to appear in close-up photographs or video recordings are encouraged to

notify the BailArte teaching team in writing. While BailArte will make reasonable efforts to

accommodate such requests, complete exclusion from group recordings or public event footage cannot

always be guaranteed.

Students are not permitted to record classes, choreography, explanations, or other participants without

prior permission from the instructors. Recording may only take place when explicitly authorised by the

teaching team and must not disrupt the class environment or compromise the privacy and comfort of

other students.

For students under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent may be required before

participation in recorded content or promotional materials.
