Enrollment Cancellation & Expulsion Policy
Effective
Students may cancel their enrollment with BailArte at any time by notifying the academy directly.
However, all payments, memberships, and purchased credits are strictly non-refundable.
Any unused credits remaining at the time of cancellation will remain subject to the standard credit
validity period outlined in the academy’s Enrollment, Credits & Class Booking Policy.
BailArte reserves the right to suspend or permanently expel any student whose behaviour is considered
inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values and policies of the
academy.
This may include, but is not limited to:
repeated breaches of academy policies,
harassment or discriminatory behaviour,
aggressive or abusive conduct,
disruption of classes or events,
inappropriate behaviour towards students, instructors, or staff,
misuse of the booking system,
or any conduct that negatively affects the learning environment or reputation of BailArte.
Where appropriate, BailArte may issue verbal or written warnings prior to suspension or expulsion.
However, the academy reserves the right to remove a student immediately without prior warning in
cases of serious misconduct.
In the event of suspension or expulsion, no refunds or credit transfers will be provided.
All decisions relating to suspension or expulsion remain at the sole discretion of BailArte management.
