Events & Performances Policy

Students participating in performances, showcases, competitions, rehearsals, or special events

organised by BailArte are expected to demonstrate professionalism, commitment, punctuality, and

respectful conduct at all times.

Participation in performance teams or academy events may require attendance at rehearsals, adherence

to schedules, costume requirements, and additional preparation determined by the instructors.

Students are responsible for attending rehearsals consistently and communicating any absences or

scheduling conflicts in advance whenever possible.

BailArte reserves the right to modify choreography, team placements, performance participation, or

event arrangements based on attendance, preparation level, behaviour, or operational requirements.

Photographs and videos taken during events or performances may be used for promotional and

marketing purposes in accordance with the academy’s Photography & Recording Policy.

Any participation fees, costume costs, travel expenses, or additional event-related charges will be

communicated separately where applicable.
