Enrollment, Credits & Class Booking Policy
Effective
Students are required to complete payment before the beginning of each new class block. Failure to
regularise outstanding payments will result in suspension from classes until payment has been
completed.
Class prices may vary depending on the student’s level and the type of class offered. Students may
purchase different class passes, each corresponding to a specific number of credits.
Each credit may be redeemed for one standard class of up to 45 minutes. Workshops or extended
sessions lasting approximately 1.5 hours will require the redemption of two credits. Non-BailArte
students attending workshops or special events may be subject to separately established pricing.
Credits are strictly personal and non-transferable. Credits may only be used by the student registered
under the corresponding account.
Students may redeem credits for classes within their own level or any lower level. Credits may not be
used to attend higher-level classes. Student level placement is determined exclusively by the BailArte
teaching team. Students may be reassigned to a different level at the discretion of the instructors, based
on monthly progress reviews, technical development, and understanding of the dance style being
taught.
All credits remain valid for a period of two months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits
remaining after this period will automatically expire unless otherwise agreed upon mutually between
the student and the BailArte teaching team. Credit validity may be frozen temporarily in cases of illness
or medical circumstances supported by appropriate evidence.
A valid credit and prior booking are required to secure a place in class. BailArte intends to implement
an online booking system in the near future to manage class reservations. In cases where a class
reaches full capacity, affected students will be permitted to use the corresponding credit for another
class within a period of two weeks after the original credit expiry date.
All credits and payments are non-refundable.
BailArte reserves the right to update pricing, class structures, and credit policies at any time.
