Effective

BailArte is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students,

instructors, and members of the community.

The academy welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, gender identity,

sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, physical appearance, or dance experience.

Every student has the right to learn and participate in an environment free from discrimination,

harassment, intimidation, or exclusion.

All members of the BailArte community are expected to treat one another with respect,

professionalism, and consideration at all times, both inside and outside the studio environment.

BailArte operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, discriminatory behaviour, hate

speech, or any conduct that may compromise the safety, dignity, or wellbeing of another participant.

Any behaviour considered inappropriate may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent

removal from the academy at the discretion of BailArte management.

The academy is committed to making reasonable adjustments wherever possible to support students

with specific physical, medical, or accessibility needs. Students are encouraged to communicate any

relevant requirements in advance so that appropriate accommodations can be considered.

BailArte believes diversity strengthens the dance community and is dedicated to fostering a positive

atmosphere where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
