Code of Conduct Policy

Effective

All students, instructors, staff members, and visitors are expected to contribute to a respectful,

welcoming, and professional environment at all times.

Students must treat fellow participants, instructors, and academy staff with courtesy and respect both

during and outside of classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, and academy-related events.

Disruptive, aggressive, intimidating, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

under any circumstances. This includes verbal abuse, harassment, bullying, intimidation, unwanted

physical conduct, or any behaviour that negatively affects the wellbeing or experience of others.

Students are expected to remain attentive during explanations and demonstrations and to avoid

unnecessary interruptions that may disrupt the learning environment.

Good personal hygiene and appropriate attire are expected in all classes and partner activities out of

respect for fellow students and instructors.

The use of alcohol, illegal substances, or attendance under the influence of any substance that may

impair judgement, coordination, or behaviour is strictly prohibited during academy activities.

BailArte reserves the right to issue warnings, deny participation, suspend, or permanently remove any

student whose conduct is considered inappropriate or inconsistent with the academy’s values and standards.
