Class Cancellation Policy

Effective

BailArte reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes, workshops, events, instructors, or

timetables when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor

illness, low attendance, venue issues, severe weather conditions, emergencies, or other operational

reasons.

In the event that a class is cancelled by BailArte, students will receive the corresponding credit back to

their account or be offered an alternative class option whenever possible. No cash refunds will be

issued for cancelled classes.

Students are responsible for checking official BailArte communication channels for schedule updates,

cancellations, or timetable changes. BailArte will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice

whenever possible.

If a student is unable to attend a booked class, advance notice is strongly encouraged. Failure to attend

a booked class without prior notice may result in the loss of the corresponding credit.

BailArte reserves the right to refuse or limit class attendance where capacity, safety, or operational

requirements make it necessary. In such cases, affected students will be offered the opportunity to

rebook using the same credit within the applicable validity period.

Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or misuse of the booking system may result in temporary

booking restrictions or additional attendance conditions at the discretion of BailArte management.
