Attendance & Punctuality Policy
Effective
Students are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of each class. This
allows sufficient time to prepare properly, complete the required check-in process, and ensure classes
can begin promptly and efficiently.
All students must complete check-in upon arrival. BailArte may implement an online or digital check-
in and booking system as part of its class management procedures.
Punctuality is essential to maintain the structure, flow, and quality of the learning environment.
Arriving late may disrupt both the instructor and fellow students, as well as increase the risk of injury
by missing warm-up activities or technical explanations.
If a student expects to arrive late, they are encouraged to notify the instructors in advance whenever
possible.
Students arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled class start time without prior notice may be
refused entry at the discretion of the instructors in order to preserve the class dynamic and learning
experience for all participants.
In cases where late entry is denied, the corresponding credit will still be considered used and will not
be refunded or replaced.
Students who repeatedly arrive late or fail to follow attendance procedures may receive warnings or be
subject to additional attendance restrictions at the discretion of BailArte management.
If a student is unable to attend a booked class, advance notice is strongly encouraged to allow better
class organisation and space management.
